The program combines short inputs with practical exercises. You will learn stakeholder mapping, political monitoring, and goal-setting for your public affairs activities in Germany. Sessions are interactive, so you can bring your company’s concrete questions.

The entire workshop is conducted in English. All materials and templates are also provided in English. We explain German political terminology so that you can use it confidently in practice.

You will receive templates for stakeholder management and monitoring, as well as a comprehensive PDF of the slides for future reference.

The content is delivered in two sessions of about 2.5 hours each. This allows flexibility – you can complete both sessions on one day with a longer break or split them across two days, depending on your schedule.
